Digital Products

Because our e-books, guides, downloads, and other digital products provide immediate access to digital content, all digital product sales are final once the product has been delivered or made available for download.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for reasons including:

• Changing your mind after purchase
• Purchasing the wrong digital product
• Failing to read the product description before purchasing
• No longer needing or wanting the product
• Differences in personal preferences or expectations that are clearly addressed in the product description

Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.

Problems With Your Download

We absolutely want you to receive what you paid for.

If you:

• Did not receive your download
• Received an incorrect file
• Received a damaged or unreadable file
• Are unable to access your purchase because of a technical issue on our end
• Were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase

Please contact us with your name, order number, and a description of the issue.

We will first attempt to correct the problem by replacing the file, restoring access, or otherwise resolving the technical issue. If we cannot provide the digital product you purchased, a refund may be issued when appropriate.

Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe a purchase was made using your payment method without your authorization, please contact us promptly so we can review the transaction.

Professional, Co-Branded & Custom Products

Professional licensing, co-branded publications, customized materials, and other made-to-order digital products are non-refundable once customization or production has begun, except where otherwise required by law or expressly provided in a separate written agreement.

Any distribution, commercial-use, or licensing rights associated with professional products are governed by the terms provided with that purchase.

Physical Products

If The Haus of Amara begins offering physical merchandise, separate return and refund terms may apply to those products and will be provided at the time of purchase.
